Kurukula's Women Empowerment Mission: Develop self-esteem & inner strength in women by building confidence, assertiveness/fearlessness and safety skills, preventing mean girls to predators.

Everything in the World is Connected.
You cannot be empathetic to the pain & suffering of another person, animal, or living being without being in tune to your own suffering. It works the other way too. If you are indifferent to someone else’s suffering you are ignoring your own pain, and therefore will remain unable to grow. What does this have to do with empowerment?

To be empowered means to live life completely, to our fullest potential, and to be true to ourselves. As women we have the responsibility to strive for and encourage the empowerment of
all women everywhere; then eventually extending that to all beings everywhere.

You empower yourself by consciously living and becoming present in all areas of your life:

Emotionally- Our emotional ‘issues’ are linked to physical pain and disease in our bodies.We can’t have optimal health until we explore our emotional scars.

Physically- Your body is your temple. Make decisions that build a healthier body. Be conscious of the food you eat and where it comes from. Vegetarian and vegan diets are proven to promote longevity, high energy and outstanding health benefits. If you choose to eat meat be sure to educate yourself on the harmful effects it has on the human body and the environment. Exercise daily and take care of yourself.

Socially- Be conscious of the ways you think, act, and behave in the world. You cannot control what happens to you, but you can control your reaction.
